Ray lived most of his life in fear. He was timid, doubting, not feeling good enough and he couldn’t stand up for himself. He came to the Fearless Program at The Option Institute, co-founded by Barry Neil Kaufman and Samahria Lyte Kaufman. In 5 days he changed what he had been trying to change for 20 years! He learned to love and trust himself and now has greater confidence and much delight in life.
