For years Nico had tried to increase her confidence and self-esteem and yet she often felt worthless. She had a strong desire to find a mission for herself - to contribute to world peace but she didn't know have a clear picture of what that meant for her. When she attended the Power Dialogues Program at The Option Institute, co-founded by Barry Neil Kaufman and Samahria Lyte Kaufman, Nico saw the foundation for peace in action. What she learned there completely transformed her life.
