Even though Robin could function, she had many signs of depression and was suicidal for years. She tried various treatments but nothing worked. At The Option Institute, co-founded by Barry Neil Kaufman and Samahria Lyte Kaufman, Robin found the hope of hope and help for depression. She learned tools to assist her in managing depression symptoms and ultimately helped her find her own way out of depression.
