Nasreen's parents both died within a four month period. Lost and confused and wanting grief support, she came to The Option Institute to take self help workshops - the Fearless Program and the Calm Amid Chaos Program, taught by Barry Neil Kaufman. Her life changed drastically. She now has more positive relationships in her life and work and handles life challenges with more ease and confidence.
