Group Program Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payments
On-Campus Group Programs (except Mentor Certification):
Full payment is due 30 days before the start of all on-campus group programs (except Mentor Certification) and can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders (U.S. Dollars only) made payable to The Option Institute & Fellowship are also accepted as long as received at least 30 days prior to program start date. A $25 returned check fee will be charged for each item returned from a bank.
Mentor Certification & Off-Campus Programs
Full payment is due 60 days before the start of Mentor Certification and off-campus group programs and can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Personal checks, Cashier’s checks and money orders (U.S. Dollars only) made payable to The Option Institute & Fellowship are also accepted as long as received at least 60 days prior to program start date. A $25 returned check fee will be charged for each item returned from a bank.
Cancellation Policy
On-Campus Group Programs (except Mentor Certification):
All monies will be refunded in full (less a $50 processing fee) should you cancel 30 or more days before your program’s start date. If you cancel anywhere between 10 and 29 days before the start of your program, a non-refundable credit voucher (less a $50 processing fee) will be issued which can be used towards any other group program within one year from the date of issue.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel less than 10 days in advance, or if you arrive late, leave a program early for any reason, or if you do not show up.
The Option Institute reserves the right to cancel any program with a 14-day notice in which case you’ll be given a full refund of tuition paid.
Mentor Certification:
All monies will be refunded in full (less a $500 processing fee) should you cancel 60 or more days before your program’s start date. If you cancel anywhere between 45 and 59 days before the start of your program, a non-refundable credit voucher (less a $500 processing fee) will be issued which can be used towards any other group program within one year from the date of issue or you can receive a refund less a $5,000 processing fee.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel less than the time periods listed above or if you arrive late, leave a program early for any reason, or if you do not show up.

All monies will be refunded in full (less a $100 processing fee) should you cancel 60 or more days before your program’s start date. If you cancel anywhere between 10 and 59 days before the start of your program, a non-refundable credit voucher (less a $100 processing fee) will be issued which can be used towards any other group program within one year from the date of issue.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel less than 10 days in advance, or if you arrive late, leave a program early for any reason, or if you do not show up.

Group Programs Transfer Policy
A $35 processing fee will be charged for all transfers (except from Mentor Certification) to a different group program. Transfer requests from on-property programs (except Mentor Certification) made between 10 and 29 days prior will be considered a non-refundable credit voucher expiring one year from the transfer date. Transfers from Mentor Certification to another group program can be made with a minimum notice of 45 days prior to the start of the Certification program and will be considered a non-refundable credit voucher expiring one year from the transfer date. A processing fee of $500 will be charged for transfers from Mentor Certification.
