Interview with Mary
Mary was always afraid of losing her dad. Using the tools she learned at the Fearless self improvement program at The Option Institute, she was able to help her father during the difficult times at the end of his life and create a positive relationship with love, patience and comfort. She has returned often to the Option Institute to take other programs, including Radical Authenticity, Couples Course, Wide Awake, Calm Amid Chaos, Exceptional Woman, and Inward Bound. She is clear and excited about approaching new life challenges and no longer uses anger when things don’t go the way she wants.
