Kathleen was depressed and anxious and thought she was hiding it all from her son but he was angry and acting out. She came to the Parenting Program at The Option Institute, co-founded by Barry Neil Kaufman and Samahria Lyte Kaufman, to help her son with his issues. She learned to help him and to help herself become a happier and more effective parent.
