From New York City - via the Taconic Pkwy
Important: only cars are allowed, no passenger trucks
 Take
the Bronx River Pkwy North to the Sprain Brook Pkwy.
The
Sprain Brook Pkwy becomes the Taconic Pkwy.
Follow
the Taconic Pkwy to Route 44 East.
Take
Route 44 East to Salisbury, CT.
In
Salisbury, turn left onto Route 41 North.
Watch
your odometer: After about 5 miles, watch for a large
sign saying "Entering Sheffield,
MA."
Opposite
the sign is the stone pillar entrance to the Option
Institute.
