"When I was informed that my son was 'autistic', all of my hopes and dreams for the future were shattered within seconds. I felt so desperate and depressed. "I discovered the Option Institute eight years ago at a time in my life when I was suffering through severe anxiety and the related ills of debilitating TMJ pain and months of insomnia. By the time I finished Happiness is a Choice I was able to stop the anti-anxiety herbs I had been taking and the jaw pain and sleepless nights never came back. Wow!
